NeuralX provisions and updates software on certified appliances. Release and patch commitments are defined in the SLA for your plan.

Support & maintenance

Subscriptions include support and maintenance. Coverage, response targets, and any on-site options depend on plan and region (see SLA).

Changes, renewals & cancellation

Subscription changes and cancellation terms are defined by your order form and Master Terms, including any notice period, minimum term, and data export options.

Data, security & privacy

Data handling, retention and access controls are governed by our Security/Privacy terms and (where applicable) a DPA.
